1. Sessions are non-sexual, therefore personal and professional boundaries should be
honored.
2. All clients are treated with dignity, respect and care, irrespective of age, gender, race,
health status, physical attributes, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
3. Clients' confidentiality and privacy is strictly guarded at all times.
4. Dissatisfied clients may be refunded 50% off the session fee.
5. I provide service for which I'm qualified; otherwise, I refer clients to other health care
professional in the best interest of the client.
6. I listen to every client and structure their sessions accordingly.
7. It is not advisable to receive Massage within 2 hours of a heavy meal or while intoxicated.
8. If a cancellation is imminent, please allow for a 24-hour notice, unless it's an emergency.
9. If I have to cancel an appointment, I provide the next session free of charge.
10. Clients receive 50% off the next session upon a refferal.
