Affordable Massage Therapy

I typically initiate my sessions with some myofascial spreading,compressions, rocking and/or polarity, followed by  relaxing Swedish Effleurage (gliding strokes) to warm up the tissue, progressing to a more therapeutic, specific deep-tissue gliding, kneading, cross-fiber, accupressure or other strokes(depending on your needs). I usually incorporate some stretching to enhance the benefits of massage and close  sessions with a welcome neck/shoulder/scalp massage and polarity head cradling. I provide massage table, lotion/oil, music and sheets.
